Now, the classic trench; double breasted, beige, tortoise-shell buttons, remains a firm favourite with men and women alike. Driven by the rising profile of heritage brands and classic dressing, classic pieces like the trench are viewed as investments and are unlikely to ever lose their appeal. In fact, someone will probably be writing similar to this in another 100 years time.
